We liked the central location, very close to shops and busy square. the room was clean and comfortable, although not very spacious. the hotel restaurant offered nice dining options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was not worth the cost and lacked variety.

We loved staying in this hotel due to its perfect location near the shops and in the heart of the city on the main square. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had excellent facilities, and we enjoyed sitting in the large outdoor cafe and listening to live music.

Perfect Location, Friendly Staff, and Clean Rooms
The hotel is located in the heart of the town, which is an amazing location for people who want to enjoy the local culture and the various events held in the town. The staff at the hotel was super friendly, and they made us feel at home. The rooms were sparkling clean and well-maintained.
Our biggest concern was the bed - it was not very comfortable at all and the mattress was hard, which could be improved. , we faced some noise issues as the rooms weren’t soundproof, so we could hear people talking and walking by while we were trying to sleep.

The free Ticino Ticket and friendly staff were a nice touch during my easter stay in this hotel. the central location and proximity to the public transport made it easy to explore the area. the room was clean and well-maintained.
The breakfast options were limited and often ran out quickly. the room was also quite small and did not match the pictures advertised online.
